At this time, ASK MUDDY ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Shipping to international locations is case-by-case and only available for certain products. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on AskMuddy.com pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Return Policy
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. Perishable goods such as dog treats or snacks may not be returned if the package has been opened. In addition, we can not, under any circumstances, accept returns of frozen raw pet food. We will also be glad to exchange damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value, or to issue a store credit.
